
Grilled Langoustines
Description
The appetizer is quick and simple to prepare. Large langoustines must be marinated before cooking; the marinade will give their meat a distinctive flavor and aroma and make it more tender. However, try not to overcook them in the pan, so as not to dry them out and turn the delicate meat of these seafood tough.

Prepare all the ingredients. Thaw the langoustines in advance and pat dry with paper towels.

Pour soy sauce and olive oil into a deep bowl, squeeze the juice from a large slice of lemon, and add hot sauce to taste.

Grate 1–2 garlic cloves, add them to the marinade, and whisk well until smooth.

Place the langoustines in the marinade and leave them in it for 15–20 minutes.

Heat a grill pan, place the marinated langoustines on it, and sear over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

Grilled langoustines are ready! Serve immediately after cooking. If desired, you can offer a favorite sauce with them.
