1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel.

2. Cut it into thin, long strips resembling tongues.

3. Lightly pound each piece of meat on both sides.

4. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat an egg in a separate bowl, dip the meat into it. Then coat the pork in flour — and again in egg.

5. Finally, coat the meat on all sides with breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

6. Place the meat on the skillet and fry the pork tenderloin on both sides over medium heat until browned. Due to the thin slicing, the meat cooks quite quickly.
