Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. You end up with quite a lot of lavash strips, and it's best to fry them right before serving, if possible. The only inconvenience in preparation is that the layers don't fit together very tightly and tend to separate. To prevent this, you can place a board on top, put a weight on it, and keep it in the refrigerator for a little while. Serve the appetizer with your meal.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the "Lavashiki" lunch. Wash and dry the vegetables.

Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat, add the ground meat. Season everything with salt and pepper, and fry for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.

Spread the first layer of lavash with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.

Cut the tomato into thin slices and arrange them on top in a single layer.
