Lamajun on Lavash
Description
As you'll see now, preparing lamajoon on lavash at home is very easy. Chances are, you've made it before yourself—you just didn't know the name. I used to make meat rolls too, until I learned they're called lamajoon. Now I remember the name and only make lamajoon, just with different fillings—somehow, with this name, the dish sounds like a masterpiece.
