Lagman in a pressure cooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, this can't be called a classic lagman recipe in a pressure cooker—we're using store-bought noodles (although for lagman it's better to make them from scratch), and we've used chicken instead of lamb since it cooks faster. But otherwise, this simple lagman recipe in a pressure cooker fully preserves the traditions—there's radish, cabbage, carrots, and so on... Though if I've forgotten or missed something, please share your experience. Serve hot.
