
Lagman with meatballs

An improvisation on the theme of lagman, as this dish will feature noodles, vegetables, and meat—specifically meatballs. Preparing lagman with meatballs is quite simple and won't take much time. You can use any type of ground meat and freely combine vegetables to your taste. The result is a nutritious, healthy, and delicious meal perfect for the whole family.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Combine the ground meat with a onion grated on a coarse grater. Add salt, ground pepper, and mix well.

Form small balls from the prepared minced meat.

In a saucepan of suitable size, pour in the oil and add the carrots cut into julienne strips and the onion cut into half-rings.

Sauté the vegetables until soft. Add tomatoes, cut into wedges, and peppers, cut into strips.

Sauté everything together for a few more minutes and add the potatoes, cut into cubes.
