Rabbit Lagman
Description
You can prepare lagman with rabbit for both a family dinner and for guests. This dish is hearty, aromatic, and extremely delicious! Traditionally, lagman is made with beef or lamb, but I will be cooking it with rabbit meat. This version is suitable even for small children. Be sure to save this recipe!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the rabbit carcass, dry it, and cut into portion pieces.
- 3
Step 3

It's best to cook in any thick-bottomed cookware; I use a cauldron. Pour in the oil, heat it up, add the sliced meat, season with salt, and simmer until tender. During cooking, you can add a little water if needed, but once the rabbit is ready, let all the liquid evaporate and brown the meat.

Step 4

Add chopped onion and carrot to taste. Fry the meat with the vegetables for 7-10 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Then add the eggplants and tomatoes cut into cubes. Slice the pepper into strips.
- 6
Step 6

Simmer everything together for another 10 minutes or so.
- 7
Step 7

At the end, add the potatoes and garlic cut into small cubes.
- 8
Step 8

Pour in water (the amount depends on the desired thickness), season with salt and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water and toss with oil.
- 10
Step 10

The rabbit lagman is ready. To serve, place the desired amount of noodles into a bowl, pour the meat and vegetable sauce on top, and garnish with fresh herbs.
