Lagman made from horse meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A very tasty and simple horse meat laghman, right? I really like it too. Of course, every cook has their own opinion, but I'm not one for kitchen experiments. So I'll admit right away—this isn't quite the classic horse meat laghman recipe; rather, it's our simplified version of the dish, made with accessible ingredients and a familiar cooking method. So give it a try. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I recommend marinating the horse meat before cooking, at least in soy sauce—to make it tender. Sear in a preheated cauldron with vegetable oil.
- 2
Step 2

2. The meat should become completely tender. While it is cooking, finely chop all the vegetables and add them to the cooked meat.

Step 3

3. Fry everything together for a while, then add spices, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Simmer for a couple more minutes.

Step 4

4. Pour in hot broth or boiling water. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked, while simultaneously boiling the noodles.

Step 5

5. When serving, place the noodles on the plate first, then pour the meat sauce on top.
