Kyvyırma
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Kyvyrma is made from very thin dough, which you can make yourself or buy. Phyllo dough, for example. But very thin lavash works too. It’s much easier to find in stores than phyllo. My recipe is for lavash kyvyrma—it’s also very tasty, and above all quick and simple. The lavash I had contained cheese, so it turned out even tastier.
