
Kystybyy with purée
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Knead unleavened dough from flour, milk, eggs, and salt. Fry the flatbreads in a dry skillet. For the filling, boil the potatoes and mix with fried onion. Fill the flatbreads with the tasty filling and serve. You can serve them with tea or coffee.

Prepare the dough. Crack the chicken egg into a bowl, add 5 grams of salt, and whisk together.

Pour in the milk and gradually add the sifted wheat flour.

Knead a firm, elastic dough. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, then boil them until tender in salted water. Drain the water and mash the potatoes into a puree with 40 grams of butter added.

Dice the onion and fry it in a pan with 10 g butter until golden brown. Add the onion to the purée and stir. The flatbread filling is ready.

Divide the dough into 7–8 balls and roll each one into a thin round flatbread.

Fry the flatbreads on both sides in a well-heated skillet. Fry for 12–15 seconds on each side.

Brush each fried flatbread with butter for softness. Stack all the flatbreads on top of one another.
