Kystybai with potatoes and onions

The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. Here is a wonderful simple recipe for Tatar dish kystyby with potatoes and onions.     Finely chop the onion. Thoroughly rinse the green onion and also finely chop it. Fry all the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.

    Mix the onion with the mashed potatoes. Now prepare the dough: sift the flour, add salt and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, pour in boiling water and mix quickly. After a minute, knead the dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 25 minutes.
