Homemade pastries for tea. Preparing Tatar-style kystyby at home is quite simple. Essentially, it's a flatbread filled with any filling you like. Traditionally, potato is used, but there are numerous variations, and each housewife has her own unique recipe. Serve with tea or coffee.
