Sauerkraut with pork ribs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork ribs are very easy and quick to cook if the meat is young. It easily separates from the bone and literally melts in your mouth. Sauerkraut adds a pleasant tanginess. Add any spices to your taste, and at the end you can mix in some minced garlic. If desired, these ribs can be served with a side of mashed potatoes. The finished dish is ready to be served.
