Kvass from concentrate
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Here is a simple recipe for making kvass from concentrate. One packet of concentrate and yeast yields 3 liters of good kvass. For those who don't like sweet kvass, I recommend adding half a cup of sugar, or even less. It's hard to say exactly—you need to taste it. Store in the refrigerator. Good luck with your preparation!
