Horseradish and honey kvass
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'm sharing with you a recipe for making horseradish and honey kvass at home. Make croutons from bread (I used Borodinsky) in the oven. Pour boiling water over them and let steep for 3 hours, then strain. Add yeast and let it ferment for 5–6 hours. Then add honey, horseradish, and sugar (optional). Mix well, pour into bottles, adding millet and raisins. Store in the refrigerator for two days... and enjoy your kvass! Good luck. The drink is ready to serve.

By the way, you can make kvass without sugar, but I added a little. It's a matter of personal preference.

Step 4

Pour the kvass into bottles, adding a few raisins and a pinch of washed millet to each. Seal the bottles and store them in the refrigerator lying horizontally. The kvass will be ready in 2 days!
