Kvass made from Borodinsky bread without yeast
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. This method of making kvass is suitable for lazy people as well as for those on a budget. There's no need to buy special starter culture; I use leftover Borodinsky bread. You can stock up on it in advance and make kvass whenever needed. This kvass is refreshing and invigorating, delicious and aromatic. It can be served chilled.
