Rice Kuttia
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Here is a simple recipe for rice kutia. I used the following ingredients: honey, rice, raisins, dried apricots, almonds, poppy seeds, and walnuts. If you don't have honey, you can replace it with brown sugar. The finished kutia can be optionally decorated with candied fruits. This dish is rich in calcium and other minerals, beneficial for both children and adults. Enjoy your meal! The ready dessert can now be served.

Drain the dried fruit water into a saucepan. Set the dried fruits aside in a separate container. Rinse the rice and transfer it to the saucepan with the dried fruit water. For every half cup of rice, use one and a half cups of liquid. Cook the rice until it has completely absorbed the water.
