Chicken pieces in sour cream sauce
Description
This is not quite a classic recipe for chicken pieces in sour cream sauce. Thanks to the curry, the emphasis shifts from the creamy flavor of the sauce to a spicier taste. The amount of sour cream depends on the desired consistency of the dish. It's best to use fairly high-fat sour cream.
