Couscous with minced meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For flavor and juiciness, add onion to the minced meat and fry the mixture until cooked, then pour in water. Couscous is added at the very end; then the dish is simply set aside and left to steep until the grains are fully swollen. During this time, the couscous absorbs the taste and aroma of the meat broth. Serve hot.
