First, prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Salt the chopped potatoes and mix. Do the same with the chicken meat. Also peel the onion and finely chop it.

Now let's prepare the dough. Break the eggs into a container, add salt, and mix with water until uniform.

Melt the butter and, stirring continuously, add it to the eggs with water.

Add the sifted flour in parts to the resulting mixture and knead the dough.
