
Chicken and mushroom kurnik
Description
All the components of the kurник should be sautéed and seasoned, then formed into a pie and baked in the oven. While the kurник with chicken and mushrooms is baking, prepare a vegetable salad. It pairs perfectly with our pie. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Cut the fillet and onion into cubes, and the mushrooms into slices. Then fry the meat over high heat in vegetable oil.

Place the meat aside, then sauté the onion in the remaining oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes.
