Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Of course, every homemaker should have their favorite baking recipe, both sweet and savory. And although I'm crazy about sweets, a hearty and delicious kurnik is something you simply can't resist! Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Let's make the dough: dissolve baking soda and salt in kefir, wait until bubbles appear. This means the baking soda has started reacting. Add melted butter and begin gradually adding flour. Mix thoroughly.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash the chicken, and cut these ingredients into small cubes. Combine them, adding spices and minced onion. Mix well.

3. Roll out the dough and shape the edges. Add the filling, and use the remaining dough to make the "top." Optionally, decorate the top with patterns made from dough. Leave a small hole in the center to allow excess liquid from the filling to evaporate.
