
Chicken terrine with lingonberries, ham, and pistachios

Perfect with the table and with drinks. So, here goes: the appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Wash the chicken fillet, cut it into pieces, and run it through a meat grinder.

Cut the chicken ham into cubes. You can use any ham; it doesn't have to be chicken.

Shell the pistachios and chop with a knife.

Combine the chicken breast with ham, pistachios, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, nutmeg, and dried garlic. While mixing, pour in melted butter.

Then add the frozen berries, mix the filling again.

Line the terrine mold with bacon; pack in the meat mixture.

Fold the edges over, place another strip of bacon on top. Cover the terrine with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 175°C.

After 45 minutes, place a weight on the mold and refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Garnish the finished terrine and serve. Enjoy!
