Chicken schnitzel with sauce

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Any side dish goes well with this dish. However, it's best served with a vegetable salad or simply accompanied by vegetables. Tasty, simple, and quick. Serve hot.

Carefully cut each chicken fillet in half horizontally. Lightly pound each piece.

Prepare 3 bowls. One bowl with flour, the second with breadcrumbs, and in the third, mix the eggs, salt, and spices. Dip the pounded meat into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs.

Sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Then place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, grated garlic and cucumbers. Stir well.
