Chicken Roulade in a Milk Bag
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. An appetizing, aromatic, juicy, and delicious roll without unwanted additives… would you like to serve such a dish at your table? I'll tell you,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

For the roll, you can use a whole chicken, or you can buy a breast and several thighs. Cut the meat off the chicken (with or without the skin).
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add minced garlic, salt, spices, and dry gelatin. Mix thoroughly.
- 3
Step 3

We will need a bag like this from a milk carton. Cut off the top and wash the bag thoroughly. Then place the chicken in it, but not all the way to the top!
- 4
Step 4

Seal the edges of the bag firmly together and place it in a pot. Add enough water so the level is slightly above the meat in the bag.
- 5
Step 5

And simmer over low heat for 1 hour after it comes to a boil. If you have a narrow, tall pot, you're in luck. In a wide pot, the bag tends to flip over—don't let that happen!
- 6
Step 6

Cooking time is up; carefully remove the bag, let it cool, and refrigerate the dish for about 5 hours to set. Then cut open the bag.
- 7
Step 7

Remove the roll, slice it, and serve at the table.
