Chicken roll in a multicooker
Description
Every time I start preparing a festive table, I can't help but rejoice at having such a wonderful helper in my kitchen that easily copes with any task. The other day, for example, I quickly and effortlessly made a chicken roll in a multicooker at home. To be honest, the roll turned out so delicious that from now on I probably won't be buying store-bought snacks anymore—I'll make them myself, with the help of my multicooker. By the way, all my guests also highly appreciated this appetizer, so now I'm sharing this simple recipe for chicken roll in a multicooker with you.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we need to boil the eggs; I do this in a multicooker as well. Pour 500 ml of water into the bowl, place the special steaming tray inside, put the eggs on the tray, select the "Steam cooking" mode and cook the eggs for 20 minutes.

Step 2

We rinse the chicken fillet under running water and dry it thoroughly, then cut each fillet into 4 slices.
- 3
Step 3

Place the fillet slices overlapping each other and sprinkle with spices and salt on top.
- 4
Step 4

Across the fillet slices, place the ham cut into strips.
- 5
Step 5

We cool the boiled egg and cut it into 8 slices, 4 slices for each roll. Place the egg slices onto the ham.
- 6
Step 6

Now roll up the chicken fillet into a roll, adding slices of fillet if necessary to avoid holes, so that a total of 3 fillets make 2 rolls.
- 7
Step 7

Tie the roll with string and place it in the steamer for steaming.

Step 8

In the same way, make the second roll, place it in the pan as well, sprinkle the rolls with spices and salt. Add water to the multicooker bowl (700 ml in total), place the pan on top, select the "Steam cooking" mode again, and cook the rolls for 45 minutes.

Step 9

After the sound signal indicating the end of the mode, transfer the rolls to a plate and let them cool at room temperature, then place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step 10

We remove the cooled rolls from the strings and slice them into pieces, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
