Chicken roll with cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken roulade with cheese will impress your guests! It's delicious, filling, and looks great. Instead of melting cheese, you can use any yellow cheese. Serve the finished dish immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a large rectangular baking pan with heavy-duty foil (thin foil won't work!) and grease it with vegetable oil. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and mayonnaise using a whisk.
- 2
Step 2

2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the egg-mayonnaise mixture. Mix well.
- 3
Step 3

3. Spread the resulting mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 4
Step 4

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken thighs into pieces about a centimeter thick. Season one side with salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix the ground meat with dried spices, also season with salt and pepper.
- 5
Step 5

5. Using a spatula, carefully transfer our cheesy layer onto a sheet of parchment paper placed on the table. If it breaks slightly, it's no big deal—the "wounds" will heal in the oven later.
- 6
Step 6

6. Place the chicken thigh pieces on the baked cheese with the seasoned (salted and peppered) side facing down. Season the top side with salt and pepper. You can add chicken seasoning spices.
- 7
Step 7

7. Place the stuffing on the chicken thighs and spread it evenly.
- 8
Step 8

8. Roll up the roll as tightly as possible using parchment paper.
- 9
Step 9

9. Then wrap the roll in parchment paper and tie the ends in a "candy twist."
- 10
Step 10

10. Wrap the roll-candy in two layers of foil.
- 11
Step 11

11. Place the roll on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. Let the roll cool completely (you can refrigerate it), then remove the foil and paper.
- 12
Step 12

12. Slice the chicken roll into pieces and serve as an appetizer.
