Chicken aspic in a Redmond multicooker

Description

The recipe won’t take much time. To make chicken aspic in a Redmond multicooker, you can use either a whole chicken or its parts—legs, wings, and so on. If you like, you can add gelatin to the chicken aspic—if the broth is not very fatty. By the way, besides carrots, lemon also looks original in aspic—you can add slices for decoration. Serve the appetizer at the table.

If the chicken does not fit completely into the multicooker bowl, you can divide it into pieces. Pour in water and turn on pressure cooker mode for 1.5–2 hours. If your model does not have a pressure cooker function, simply set the "Stew" mode for 4–5 hours. Chicken aspic cooks faster than pork aspic.

At the end of the program, strain the broth; remove the chicken and carrot, and discard the onion and bay leaf.
