
Chicken mince with mushrooms
Description
On its own, chicken mince with mushrooms might seem a bit dry to some, but if you bake it as a roll wrapped in pork belly or bacon, you'll get a very juicy and delicious hot dish. Try making it—you won't be disappointed.

1. Wash the mushrooms, let excess water drain, and slice them thinly.

2. Melt butter in a skillet and add the mushrooms. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
