The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Classic recipe for Scallopini (Italian: Scallopini). Fried chicken with mushrooms, herbs, and pasta as a side dish. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Wrap the chicken meat in plastic wrap and roll with a rolling pin.

Then place the pieces on a plate.

Slice the mushrooms.

Season the chicken breast with pepper and salt on both sides.

Coat the chicken meat in flour.

Melt a piece of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan.

Sear the brisket for 2 minutes on each side.

In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms. Then add 1 cup of dry wine (can be substituted with chicken broth).
