Chicken Alfredo
Description
Chicken Alfredo is a very simple dish. Let me briefly go over it again. First, boil the chicken breast for about 40 minutes. Remove it, but keep the broth to use later. Cook the pasta in this broth. We'll also use the broth when preparing the sauce. The sauce is one of the key ingredients in this dish, so pay special attention to its preparation. By the way, regarding the peppers: the thinner you slice them, the more attractive the dish will look. I recommend cutting the chicken into cubes—it's convenient and pairs well with the peppers and pasta. A beautiful, appetizing dish. Good luck!

Alfredo sauce is prepared as follows: heat 3 tablespoons of butter and half a cup of chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts. Then add minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

Next, add olive oil to the skillet, add red, yellow, and green peppers, and sauté over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Then add the diced chicken breast pieces, mix well, pour in the sauce, and cook for about 5 minutes. Finally, portion the pasta into serving plates and top each with the chicken, peppers, and sauce.
