Chicken meatballs with mushrooms
Description
This recipe for chicken meatballs with mushrooms is very simple, and I have no doubt you'll enjoy it! The only thing I'd suggest is to dilute the sauce with broth instead of water—it will taste better. How much broth to add? Just enough by eye to cover all the meatballs so they braise in the sauce. For me, it came out to about one cup. In short, there's nothing complicated here—give it a try!
