Chicken steaks

Description

Chicken steaks are very easy and simple to prepare. Special attention should be paid to the spices. I recommend using ground allspice, paprika, and a mixture of Provence herbs. Be sure to try my version.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

    Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into two slices 1-1.5 cm thick.

    Mix pepper, paprika, and Provence herbs. Rub the chicken breasts with the mixture. Salt both sides.

    Rub the chicken breasts with mayonnaise.

    Place the chicken steaks on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes. As soon as a nice golden crust forms on the surface, remove the steaks from the oven.
