Chicken necks in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

I usually make a light soup from chicken necks, or to be honest, I buy them just for my cat (she loves them). But a friend suggested a recipe for stewed necks with vegetables, so I decided to give it a try. The result was amazing! The necks turn out aromatic and flavorful (thanks to the chicken seasoning), and juicy thanks to the slow-cooking mode of the multicooker. To prepare chicken necks in a multicooker, you'll need one large onion and one large tomato (or two smaller ones).
