
Chicken Necks for Beer
Description
Chicken necks to go with beer can be prepared with various spices and sauces; for this, I used garlic, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. I also added paprika, a little salt, and black pepper. The beer snack turns out very tasty.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the chicken necks and pat dry with paper towels.

Cut the chicken necks into 2 roughly equal pieces so the dish is portion-sized and easier to eat. Add spices to taste and mix.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken necks.

Fry the chicken necks for 10–15 minutes, turning them over until a golden-brown crust forms.

Mix the soy sauce and tomato sauce, and squeeze in the garlic. Mix.

Fry the meat with the sauce, mix, and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
