
Chicken balls in sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These tender, delicious chicken meatballs simmered in tomato sauce make an amazing idea for lunch or dinner. You can serve them with any side dish or even simply with slices of fresh bread, for example. A great alternative to the usual meatballs many are used to—highly recommend trying. Serve hot.

1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet.

2. Grind into a mince using a blender or meat grinder.

3. Place it in a deep bowl, add salt, spices, and herbs to taste. Add the egg, a bit of garlic, and pour in the breadcrumbs. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Form small balls from the resulting mixture.

5. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and place the balls there.
