
Chicken hearts in pots with potatoes and garlic

Here is a simple recipe for chicken hearts with potatoes and garlic, baked in pots. The dish is easy to prepare and won't take long, resulting in a delicious and hearty lunch or dinner. Serve hot.

Clean chicken hearts from membranes and vessels, then fry in heated vegetable oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Place the hearts in the pots, and on the same oil sauté the chopped onion.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Place all the prepared ingredients into a casserole dish. I am using one large dish, but you can divide the ingredients between two smaller dishes. Add salt and pepper to the dish, then pour in water. The water should reach just up to the top layer of potatoes. Cover the dish with a lid and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.

Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Remove the pot from the oven. Add garlic and sour cream to the dish. Mix well and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
