Chicken hearts in a pan
Description
Before cooking, thoroughly wash the hearts and remove blood clots and fatty film; this will make them tender. It's better to cut the hearts into pieces, and once fried with onions and mushrooms, serve them warm with a side of potatoes, rice, or pasta. The dish will take no more than an hour to prepare.
