Chicken rolls with cheese and arugula
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Arugula can be replaced with other greens: lettuce leaves, chopped parsley, or dill. It's better to use soft or processed cheese. The rolls can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan. Instead of chicken breast, turkey fillet can be used. Serve the rolls warm or cooled. The finished dish can be served at the table.
