
Chicken rolls in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use chicken fillet and Adyghe cheese for the rolls. You can marinate the fillet in spices beforehand. For the batter, use flour, egg, water, and spices. Serve chicken rolls with various side dishes—vegetables, cereals, potato dishes. You can also add sauce and herbs. Serve hot.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Put the egg into a bowl, then beat it with water; literally 50 ml will be enough.

Add wheat flour to the batter base.

Mix the dough well until smooth. Add spices to taste, then mix everything again.

Cut the chicken fillet into slices, then cover with plastic wrap and pound with a kitchen mallet. You should get flat, thin cutlets.
