
Chicken Rolls with Omelet
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. This original appetizer is prepared as follows: rub chicken fillet pieces with pressed garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and lightly pound them. Sprinkle the pieces with chopped walnuts, then top with an omelet made from eggs and milk. Cover the omelet with pieces of bell pepper, then sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated cheese on top. Roll the fillet into a roll, tie with kitchen string, and sear over high heat until golden brown. Then add broth and braise covered for 25 minutes. Cool the finished rolls and slice into pieces. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
