
Chicken rolls with liver filling
Description
You can serve these rolls with absolutely any side dish. The rolls turn out to be filling, with tender and juicy liver inside, and a golden, appetizing crust on the outside. When you're unsure what to cook, don't rack your brain—just try making these rolls. Plus, they won't take up much of your time.

Finely chop the fat and liver, then fry.

Wash the prunes, dry them, and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion.

Beat the egg, crumble the bread and soak it in the egg. Combine all ingredients: liver, prunes, onion, bread with egg. Mix well, add 0.5 teaspoon of lemon zest.

Cut the chicken breast into fillets. Pound each piece with a wooden mallet, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place a layer of prepared filling onto each chicken cutlet and roll up.

Secure the rolls with toothpicks. Place them on a baking sheet and pour broth over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, transfer the rolls to a frying pan and remove the toothpicks from the rolls.
