Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Interestingly, you can use absolutely any filling. The same goes for spices—you can use any spices you like in cooking. I'll explain. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry, and slice into thin, even pieces, then lightly pound them. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the pre-washed mushrooms into small pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the onion into small cubes.
- 4
Step 4

Sauté the mushrooms and onions until they become soft.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the cooked mushrooms with onions and grated cheese, then set aside in a separate dish to cool.
- 6
Step 6

Spread the filling in a thin layer over the pieces of chicken, then roll up the chicken fillets.
- 7
Step 7

To prevent the rolls from unrolling during frying, tie them tightly with string.
- 8
Step 8

Sear the chicken rolls on all sides, periodically covering the pan with a lid. On average, browning takes 15–20 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

When the rolls are ready, remove the string and serve the dish sliced into pieces.
