Chicken rolls with pineapple
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest making chicken rolls with pineapple and treat your loved ones to this simple yet delicious dish. In addition to pineapple, we'll add bell pepper and kiwi to the filling for a touch of zest. It may seem unusual at first glance, but all the ingredients go perfectly well together. If you enjoy and aren't afraid to try something new, I recommend taking a closer look at this recipe. You'll love this juicy, tender, and aromatic dish. The filling for the rolls can, of course, be varied—hopefully, you'll enjoy my version too. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Combine diced bell pepper, diced kiwi (cut into similar-sized cubes), and pineapple pieces. If the pieces are quite large, you can chop them smaller.
- 3
Step 3

Add the mustard and mix. The mustard will give the filling a piquant flavor and a delicate aroma.
- 4
Step 4

Cut each fillet lengthwise along the grain into two halves. You should end up with 4 flat pieces. Pound the pieces on both sides with a kitchen mallet. Season the cutlets with salt and spices to taste.
- 5
Step 5

Sprinkle with grated cheese (reserve a little for the tops of the rolls).
- 6
Step 6

Spread the filling evenly.
- 7
Step 7

Roll up the stuffed cutlets into tight rolls, and if necessary, wrap them with kitchen twine or secure with toothpicks. Place the rolls seam-side down into a greased baking dish.
- 8
Step 8

Brush with sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Chicken rolls with pineapple are ready.
