Chicken Rolls in a Skillet
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. There are many recipes for chicken rolls, but these deserve special attention. A filling of egg and butter makes the meat very juicy and aromatic, and the batter keeps the dish from “unraveling.” If you think the rolls are not done after frying, heat them under a lid or in the microwave; then they are sure to turn out delicious. For seasonings, you can use turmeric, Italian herbs, or a pepper blend—it depends on your taste. Serve the appetizer at the table.
