
Chicken rolls on the grill
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To keep the rolls securely on the skewers, cut them 5-6 cm wide. Do not pound the meat too hard, otherwise the filling will slip out through the holes. If the rolls rotate while turning on the grill, place a grate under the skewers. Serve the finished dish at the table.
