Description

The recipe won't take much time. However, cooking chicken gizzards in sour cream can take quite a while—up to 2 hours—due to the nature of offal. Gizzards can be quite tough, so they require lengthy cooking. Nevertheless, the result will be a delicious, healthy, and inexpensive dish suitable for both adults and children, served hot with your favorite side dish.

Then taste the offal and, if necessary, continue simmering for another 15–20 minutes.
