Breaded Chicken Sticks
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Breaded chicken sticks are a very tasty snack that I make for my friends all the time. We often get together at my place to watch the Champions League and have a few beers. The guys bring the beer, and I provide the TV and snacks. So breaded chicken sticks are our tradition. They go best with ice-cold dark Czech beer ;) Still, this snack isn’t only good with beer—you can put it on any holiday table. It will disappear in no time, I promise. So, I think I’ve already intrigued you—here is the recipe for breaded chicken sticks. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and cut into thin strips.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the egg whites until light and fluffy.
- 3
Step 3

Add all ingredients except chili pepper and lime.
- 4
Step 4

Mix everything well.
- 5
Step 5

Literally "bathe" our chicken in the resulting mixture. Leave it like that for an hour.
- 6
Step 6

Once the chicken has marinated well, place a skillet on the stove over high heat and pour in a generous amount of oil. Sear each piece on both sides until appetizingly browned (fairly quickly).
- 7
Step 7

Roughly slice the lime and chili pepper.
- 8
Step 8

Place the finished sticks on paper towels so they absorb excess fat, then transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with chili pepper on top and drizzle with lime juice.
