Chicken cutlets in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I make these cutlets when I have a little free time (if I don't, I prepare minced chicken patties instead). They're certainly too simple for festive occasions like anniversaries or weddings, but they're a hit at family Sunday dinners (for example, when my beloved mother-in-law comes to visit). Breaded chicken cutlets go well with mashed potatoes, boiled rice, or stewed vegetables. They're easy to prepare and a pleasure to eat, so I hope you'll enjoy this breaded chicken cutlets recipe too;) Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into slices about 1 centimeter thick.

Salt, pepper to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 5
Step 5

Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.

- 8
Step 8

The ready cutlets can be served both hot and cold.
