Grilled chicken cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I suggest adding garlic and ginger to the chicken marinade, which give the meat a wonderful piquancy, as well as mineral water. The taste turns out to be excellent. And most importantly, the cutlets need marinating for a very short time—just two hours is enough. The ready dish can be served at the table.
